Assessing Your Needs
To kickstart the onboarding journey, we ask you to share your patient list size. This information helps us determine the potential for remote consultations within your PCN or GP practice. With TelMyDoc, practices can now offer up to 30% of appointments remotely, enabling on-site GPs to focus on patients with specific needs. Once the assessment is complete, we collaboratively agree on the number of contracted calls and admin time per week.
